The licensing compilation error - "Not enough seats for Lycia Compiler" - occurs due to one of the following reasons:
- System The system doesn't have an active license for the compiler (the license has expired or wasn't installed at allis not installed)
- There are no free licenses for the compiler (some other process uses is already using this license already)
