Migrate/void Hydra licenses


When you migrate the Querix software to another server/machine, you will find that there will be an ‘X’ displayed in the ‘activated’ column in ‘licensegen’, or ‘invalid’.
‘X’ means the license has become void and will no longer work. To fix this, you will have to delete the licenses and re-install them. Once this is done, you will be able to reactivate the licenses.

However, you may come across a problem when trying to activate the license, as the license has previously been claimed. One of the errors you may encounter is “Insufficient unclaimed licenses available”. In this case, please contact our support team.
