Informix: User password limitations

Lycia3 has limitations on using "$" in user passwords for informix database (defined by the INFORMIXPASS environment variable).

The "$" symbol is treated as “$whatever” environment variable and will be expanded to its value. If there is no “$whatever” environment variable, then it will be expanded to empty string.
In any case, the password string will be changed and thus its value will become incorrect.
