Manual activation fails

If the manual license activation fails, this means your license is either invalid (tampered) or it was activated before.
Particularly, the license cannot be activated if any detail of it has been changed (e.g. increasing the number of runtime seats would prevent the license from activating).


Automatic activation fails

If the automatic license activation fails, please submit a corresponding request via the service desk portal.
You might as well try activating your license manually.
